Individual:
Abel's birth has always been a mystery. Its always whispered that he was illegitimate and some folks like Fred Bishop (Abel, David, Columbus) say they knew that Abel was an Abner without naming the father. Nancy Ann Cole quoting Rachel Bishop (who married Morris Allen) said that Abel was one of two illegitimate sons of Keziah Bishop and that his father was Minon Abner. Buried in the Bishop Bend Cemetery.
