Indiana, John Keen died Oct. 12, 1830. See now in default. Witness Thomas Fletcher
stated that he had heard See say that he owed $100 to Keen for work done. Witness
Charles See stated that work was to clear and fence 12 acres, not many trees left to the
acre, 8 or 9 years since. Judgment for plaintiffs.

As the record above shows, Moses and Rhoda were still married in 1832. There could
possibly have been a divorce between 1832 and 1835, however, because (if this is our
Rhoda), on January 22, 1835, in Henry County Indiana, we see a Rhoda Keen, married to
Burnet C. Brown. (The record has her surname spelled as Keene). This lady, however,
might not be our Rhoda. She might be Moses and Rhoda's daughter or another relative.
