Pinchback Farm. Also in November 1774, John Pinchback received a licenseto operate anordinary or tavern. There is evidence that would state thatJohn Booe operatedBurnt Tavern. Pinchback Tavern probably came to beknown as Burnt Tavern for obvious reasons. There is also evidence thatstates John Calhoun Booe, son of John & Elizabeth Chestire Booe, was bornin this Tavern.
