W.E. Bondurant
Concord - Wallace Edward "W.E." Bondurant, Jr., of Rt. 2, died Thurs day, April 24, 2003, in Virginia Baptist Hospital. He was the husband of Virginia Herndon Bondurant.
Born in Lynchburh, Aug 29, 1925, he was the son of the late Ruth Wri ght Bondurant and Wallace Edward Bondurant, Sr. He was an active member and decon at Hebron Baptist Church, a farmer and a member of Appomattox Cattleman's Association.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and daughter-in- law, James Wallace And Kay Bondurant of Appomattox and Joseph Thomas and Hope Bondurant of Concord; two grandchildren, Bryan Ferguson and Travis Bondurant; two brothers, Thomas Carter Bondurant and Richard Hunter Bondurant, both of Concord; and three sisters, Virginia B. Davidson of Appomattox, Madelyn B. Jackson of Chester, and Eloise B. Trent of Charlottesville.
Two brothers, William David Bondurant, preceded him in death.
Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, April 27, 2003, in Heb ron Baptist Church, by the Rev. Mitch Luckie and the Rev. Sammy Gunther, with burial following in the church cemetery,
The family will receive friends at the home and following the servic e in the fellowship hall of the church.
