The top portion of Giuseppe's death record has the ink smeared probably due to moisture damage.  Giuseppe Lo Bianco was born  and died in Termini Imerese, Sicily, Italy.  In hisdeath record [Source: Registri dello Stato Civile, , Family History Library, Salt Lake City, Utah.] it says the following:

His death was reported to the civil record office in Termini Imerese, Italy by Matteo Mercurio, age 36, a "fauchino" and resident of Termini as well as Mariano Bruno, age 30, a "Bauchino" and resident of Termini.  He had died 19 July at 9:00 p.m. in his home.  He was 70 years old, the spouse of Maria Anna Giuta, was born and resided in Termini.  He was a fisherman and the son of Leonardo? Lo Bianco and Giuseppa Balsamo.  Both of his parents were already deceased.
