Thank you for responding to my e-mail. I am trying to bring all relatives
of the Kysars together, even if it is my marriage. I have started a Kysar
Family Web Site if you would be interested in joining you would be more
than
welcome. The differences that I have found are: Rev. Ezra Downs born 1865
(yours may be correct, but I would like to know), we did not have the towns
that they were born, married, or death and now I do. The Kysar Kin book
has
10 children. The one that you do not have is Ralph born 20-4-1890 and died
12-4-1891 Harrison Co., MO. I am not sure as to who is right as I did not
print the Kysar Kin book and Kathy did it in 1981. I do not remember if
you
have any of Luella and Ezra's grandchildren or not, but the Kysar Kin book
does. I will not state that the Kysar Kin book is totally correct as the
date difference is on your family line.

Jim,
I found why you did not have all 10 children. Kathy has in the notes
behing
the 10th child David Ezra Downs b 23-2-1912 St. Joseph, MO (son of Ezra
Downs and 2nd wife, Florence munch, m 25-6-1908); m 2-10-1937 Ethelyne
Webb.
I did not have Ralph copied down (my mistake).
No I do not believe that you gave me you web site as according to your
first
note you thought I got my information off of your web side, but I was
hunting for the Kysar name in Roots Web and got your name this way.
I am sending the invitation through myfamily.com, so if you see an e-mail
from them this will be your temporary password.
Carol

Subject: Reunion

Hi Jim,

I'm not going to be able to make it to this weekend's reunion. It's just too far to travel from North Carolina. Later this summer, though, I'll be moving to southeast Michigan, so the the next time the reunion comes around, I should be able to make it.

Hope you folks have a good time in Ohio. Feel free to pass my name along to any descendents of Samuel. My lineage is William (ca. 1700)>Benjamin (ca. 1741)>Curtis (1777)>Samuel (1817)>Ezra (1857)>David (1912)>Donald (me-1961). Because of the long generations between Curtis and myself - from 40 to 55 years - and the fact that my ancestors were always on the move, I have never been in touch with any kin more distant than aunts and uncles who are all now deceased, so I'd love to hear from any of my unknown cousins who may show up.

Don
