Notes 
Individual:
According to the church minutes, dated Feb 6, 1864, Elizabeth Hughey wa
s expired from the church for bringing forth a base begotten child. Proof was made and she was expired from the fellowship of the church. Church was then dismissed in order. Interestingly enough her parents Smith and Rebecca Bostick Elder donated the land for the first Buck Creek Baptist Church building and cemetery. Across the road from the present building.

According to the 1870 census Elizabeth Huey (sp) Hughey was living alon g with her 4 children not far from her parents Smith and Rebecca Bostick Elder.
