Notes 
Individual:
She was the daughter of Daniel Hoopes and Rebecca Chaunce, both born in Pennsylvania.

The Hoopes family came to America from York, England about 1670. They settled in Pennsylvani a then moved to Ohio, then Iowa.

She married Zerah Linder in 1854 in Ohio and moved with him and their children to Illinois th en Iowa then to Reno County, Kansas near Hutchinson. Prior to 1897 she and Zerah moved to Oklahoma Territory, where three of their children had settled. Susannah died there in 1897 and is buried with Zerah in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Aline.

Their children were: Isabelle(1855); Ellis John(1857); Jerome(1859)
