This file is clearly a work in progress. It is posted in hope that others searching any of the same ancestry lines will contact me and we can share information. I will be glad to share Notes with anyone that contacts me, but I have prevented that if you do not contact me. The Ryan information was mostly from The Ryan Family Tree by Barbara Ryan Strasser with much input by Sherry Ryan Jenkins. Some of the Knapp information came from Dianne Hegman Stern. Sicilian Ancestry. This is the Ancestry and families from Termini Imerese, Palermo, Sicily. This is primarily of Salvatore Arrigo b.1844 married to both Giuseppa Maria Pusateri b.1844 and Maria Anna Gentile b.1854 and Salvatore's son Vincenzo b.1863 and Wife Antonia Helena Lasita b.1868 (and her brothers Vincenzo b.1872 and Augustino b.1875). All of these people immigrated to Cincinnati OH in the 1880's and 1890's. Information on the ancestors of these Families in Sicily comes mostly from the transcribed Database at http://www.termini-imerese.org/. The Ancestors of Rosina Bondi and Rosa Battaglia have recently been added. The Hallbauer Ancestors have been recently added. The Lasita Descendants (and Ancestors of the Spouses of) the two Lasita groups of First Cousins who Immigrated from Termini Imerese to Cincinnati and Cleveland has been extensively expanded, mostly based on the work of Tracy Beckstedt.
