James Walton "Pug" Hill, 86, of Eddyville, died Monday, June 13th, at 10:15 a.m. at Princeton Health Care Manor.
Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, June 15th, at 11:00 a.m. at Dunn's Funeral Home in Eddyville with Father Maurice Tiell officiating.
Burial will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Old Eddyville, Ky.
Mr. Hill was retired from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and was an Army veteran of World War Two.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Eldora Carrell Hill, in 1987; and his parents, Oscar and Nettie Duncan Hill.
Survivors include one sister, Mary Thorpe, Eddyville; and one brother, Oscar Kenneth Hill, Eddyville. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, stepchildren and grandchildren.
