According to The LeBlanc Legacy Ann LeBlanc was exiled to Maryland in 1755.The Diocese of Baton Rouge Catholic Church records state that Anne Leblanc, daughter of Jacques Leblanc and Catherine Landry, married Jean Gautreau, son of Claude Gautreau and Marie Teriot, on January 16, 1719. Witnesses were Claude Gautreau, Jacques Leblanc, Charles Leblanc, Rene Granger, Charle Gautreau, Jean Landry, and Rene Babin.
