"I found Ashbill Brunson in the 1880 Montgomery Co,Tn census-- His parents were Issac Brunso n 60 Tn and wife --- Hall age 49 Tn- -children; Bell female 25 Tn, Ashbill son 23, Lotty female 20, Lockery female 20, Hickman 16 at school, Robert 11 at school, also Sarah Grass 22 Tn listed as a cook." CARTER CEMETERY
This cemetery is located in Montgomery Co., TN (Clarksville) behind Plantation Estates off Ti ny Town Rd on the old Brunson Property. It is in a farmers field and there is no road in. There don't seem to be any Brunsons buried there.
BIOGRAPHY: 14TH TENNESSEE INFANTRY REGIMENT
Organized June 6, 1861; reorganized April 26, 1862; paroled at Appomattox Courthouse April 9 , 1865.
