Walter Wilson 73, Funeral Today
Funeral services will be held today, Thursday September 26 for Walter W Wilson, 73 of Easton at the Roseberry Funeral home at 2:00pm. Rev J. W. Davies Wisconsin Dells will officiate. Burial will be made in Easton cemetery.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
Mr Wilson passed away Monday Sept 23 at 2 am at the Adams County Memorial hospital after a long illness, having been a patient at the hospital for two weeks.
The deceased was born in Adams County Sept 19 1890, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Wilson. he lived in Adams County all his life.
On May 26, 1926, Mr Wilson married Blanche Frost, in the Adams Center. They were farmers. Four children were born to this union.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, William Wilson, Easton, Kenneth Wilson, US Army in Germany, Dean, Air Force in Massachusetts; a daughter Mrs Ronald (Kathleen) Lamphear, Kansas City, Mo; a brother William Wilson Baraboo; five sisters, Mrs Frances Cook, Mrs Alice Cook, Mrs Daisy Cook,Mrs Emma Townsend of Baraboo and Mrs Fannie Allen, easton and six grandchildren.
