28,1931 at Elkatawa married by Penny Reynolds Julie Spencer Thomas was
my grand mother she died the year that I was born 1950 My father Clay Thomas
and mother Ellen Thomas bought the land on Robinson Fork Road from
grandma Julia heirs for the sum of 500.00 dollars Julia Spencer Thomas
McIntosh who acquired title from The First Natioal Bank,Jackson Ky.deed to
same recored in deed book 69 page 276 affidavit of inheritance recored in book
99 page 310 situated on Cane Creek and beginning at a cross mark on a cliff on
left hand side of Robinson Fork of Cane Creek;thence crossing the Robinson
Fork at the mouth of Barn Hollow and on a right hand branch ;thence said right
hand branch ( Barn Hollow ) to a black walnut and a cross fence ; thenceup the
point with cross fence to the top of the point to James Robinson 's line; thence
turning up the ridge with the top of same to Jojnie Buck Robinson's line thence
with said Robinson line crossing the branch to the top of the hill ; thence with the
top of the ridgearound the head of the first left hand fork to the beginning so as
to include the land on said fork 50 acres more a or less . To have and hold the
same , together with all the appurtanances there unto belonging unto the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever with covenant of General
Warranty
