George Morris had been married before when he lived in Maryland and he had 1
son but I don't know the name he tried different times to find them He retired
from the army after serving 25 years he was a good person and a great cook he
retired as a Master sergant he served in WW11 he was on the Jackson police
department his first wife name was Alma his SSN 219 - 28 = 1734

Ellen Spencer age 18 married Clay Thomas age 22 October 2, 1938 Married
by Henry Johnson Minister Of the Baptist Church Witnesses Haden Tharp and
Henry Mcintosh according to marriage license Sallie Thomas and Haden
Thomas signed the papers too Ellen Spencer thomas had blonde hair and blue
eyes about 5 Ft 6 in. about 130 lbs. Clay Thomas was in the 3 c it was
something like the National Guard they help when there was any kind of
emergency .Clay Thomas was drowed one night on his way home from work it
had been storming and the creeks where all flooded he was drown on the next
road over The road then was called Spicer Fork we never found out what he
was doing on that road.We didn't find out to the next morning that he was dead
.My brother Beech was just a child and he went with my mother and family to
identfie his dad he said when he saw daddy they had him sitting in a chair but
he was dead. at the funeral home Clay Thomas had black hair and dark brown
eyes and my brother Clay Jr looked a lot like him . Clay Thomas worked in the
coal mines.
