    Services for Joseph A. Cecil, 67, 445 North Beville Avenue, retiredrailroader, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Little and Sons FuneralHome, Beech Grove, with burial in New Palestine Cemetery.
    Mr. Cecil a native Illinois who had lived in Indianapolis most of hislife, died Tuesday in St. Vincent Hosptial. He served as a brakeman onthe old New York Central System 47 years, retiring two years ago. Mr.Cecil was a member of the Brotherh ood of Railroad Trainmen.
