"In the name of God, Amen: I, John Baptish Lovelace of Frederick County in the
province of Maryland, being in perfect memory and of sound mind do make,
Constitute and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form
following:
In primis First and principally I give and bequeath to my well beloved Wife,
Eleanor, on Hundred and twenty nine acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land
called Hermitage, whereon I now live and also part of the resurvey Joining the
aforesaid land as far as John [?] Jackson's Spring Branch during her natural
life, and afterwards to be equally divided between my three Sons, William,
Elias, and Luke, their heirs and assigns
