Individual:
According to The early history of the Methodist church in the Niagara Penninsula says that first Lyon's Creek church services were held in Jacob Lemon's barn. This would be the forerunner of the church and cemetery on Lot 1 and Lot 2, conc. ?, Crowland Twp. Jacob Lemon and some of his sons got land just over the Crowland/Willoughby twonship line on the Willoughby side.
