James Ninon Steele Carroll served as Justice of the Peace for years in
Okean Township, Ark. Conducted extensive farm operations in Sharum
Community, Ark. Served on School Board. Itinerant Preacher. Died at
age of 67 in Corning Hospital in 1943.
