MARRIAGE: "Early Allegan County Marriages" (Herrick Library, Holland, Mich.) 929.31 Lists Akke Boyjange (corrected to Boyenga) and Peter De Feyter as married in Saugatuck and witnessed by Ira and Catherine Williamson
NOTE: In Allegan Co. Liber 63, pg. 442, Akke de Feyter of Holland bought from Charles Brandt and his wife Bertha of Holland, the West half of the SW quarter of Section 3, Township 4, N Range 16 W, 80 acres subject to 1/2 of a mortgage of $600 with interest, (half the mortgage to be paid by Akke de Feyter), for $200, on 6 October 1874. In Liber 57, pg 566, Akke sold the same property above to Gabriel van Putten of Holland, for $400 on 29 January 1875.
