Notes 
Individual:
Graduated Yale in 1737, built a large house in New London, Conn. which still stands at the head of Winthrop's Cove. He had fourteen children, five daughters and nine sons. Of his sons, two died in childhood. John and William died unmarried. Francis went to New York, also Benjamin. Joseph went to Charleston, South Carolina.
