John Sands, Amity. Vol. 2-184. Provides for wife, not named. To son Joseph, my Mills on Manat awny Creek and 45 acres of land and the lowlands on both sides of the Creek and 25 acres of woodland. To son Daniel the House I now live in and remainder of my plantation with 11 acres of land my son John now lives on. To son John the house which he now lives in and the remainder of 57 acres of land thereunto belonging, also 13 acres adjoining Mounce Jones. To son Samuel ¹200. Son James to pay ¹100 to Exrs, in consideration of the money I advanced to pay for his land. To dau. Elizabeth Cobrecht ¹80. To son in law Frederick Berger 1 shillings and the ¹66 which I advanced for him. To dau. Catherine Berger ¹20, and her bros Jos. And Daniel to provide for her and give her House room during life or until she marries again. To dau. Sarah ¹80 and household goods when she marries equal to the other daus. To granddau. Susanna Berger ¹10. Authorizes son Danl. To make sale of Lands in Orange Co. New York. The above legacies to be paid by my sons Danl. And Joseph. Son Jos. And Daniel res. Legatees and Exrs.
