Grandma was the most wonderful grandma a person could ask for. She made
beautiful doll clothes and my ballet and my tap costumes she made by
hand. She was a great cook, gardener and fun with games. She loved to
go shopping with me and my Mom and we would always stop and have pie
(especially strawberry pie). She had a very unique and joyful laugh.
Grandma was the one all the grand kids would want to come to their
house. And she loved to travel, especially on the bus, and she would
make the rounds across the country to visit all her kids and grand kids.
She was very active in group activities but always there if someone
needed her. She had nine children and sixteen grandchildren and loved
them all very much, and was much loved in return and most surely missed.
