Edmund Dorr, b. 10 Sept., 1804, at Wilkes-Barre. He graduated at Columbia College, NY., in 1823, and at the Episcopal TheologicalSeminary in the city of New York in 1826, and was an EpiscopalClergyman. He d. 1 Sept., 1830, at New York, unm.
George, b. 25 Feb., 1811, at New York. He was educated at Williams College. He m. 2 April, 1834, Anne Augusta Neilson, daughter of JamesNeilson of New Brunswick, NJ. They settled at Catskill, NY., whereshe d. 20 March, 1841. He had by her three children: 1. Augusta, b.1835. 2. Francis Butler, d. at the age of 12 years. 3. Edward Dorr,b. 1838. He then m. 20 May, 1845, Mary Augusta Cooke of Catskill,daughter of Judge Apollas Cooke. She d. 19 Aug., 1848, in Catskill.He had by her one child: 4. Frederick Cooke. He then m. 14 Oct.,1851, Elizabeth Frances Benson, daughter of Abraham Benson ofFairfield, Conn.
