Marriage certificate from Knox County, Kentucky court clerk indicates that Cynthia's marriage to Tobias was her second marriage. Family members have be told that Cynthia's first marriage lasted only two weeks and that it seems she was unhappy and returned to her parents home.

Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of My Estate as soon as practicable at the time of my decease.
Item II. I direct that all my property real and personal of every kind and description. Wheresoever sitmacte which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease I give and bequeth and devise to my daughter Delphi Rose. Absolutley and in fee simple.
Item III. All my household goods, useful and ornimental: and all chattel property now in use or into and about my residence or the grounds connected therewith I give and bequeath to my daughter Delpi.
Item IV. I hereby appoint and nominate my daughter, Delphi Rose, the Executrix of My Last Will and Testiment authorizing and empowering her to compound Compromise Settle and adjust all debts and claims which are against my Estate or which may be due my Estate and to sell at private or public sale at such prices and terms of credit or otherwise as she may deem best the Whole or any part of my my real estate or personal property execute acknowledge and eliver deeds and other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to purchase.
I direct that no bond be rquired or said executrix and that no inventory or appraisal of My Estate be made. Whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal at Williamsburg, Whitley County, Kentucky this 6th day of (Unreadable)
