Joseph Bates Noble was Baptized by Brigham Young and become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1832. He become a member of Zion's Camp in 1834. Joseph become an Elder 07 Apr 1836. He attended School of the Prophets. Bore the first polygamous child. Joseph was called to be a Member of the First Quorum of Seventy on 28 Feb 1835. Preformed marriage of Brigham Young and Louisa Beman. Bodyguard to Joseph Smith. A Bishop in Nauvoo, IL.. A Bishop in Salt Lake City in 1847.  Served on several missions. Spoke At John Taylor's Funeral.  Was a Patriarch to the Church. 
This compiler's Great (x2) Grandfather Noble died in Idaho and was buried in Bountiful, Utah. However two years later, in 1902, he was moved to the Salt Lake City Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
