Parents unknown. Ezekiel is assumed age 21 when he was fined by the co
urt twice on same day in Plymouth Colony, Scituate MA. Some researchers list his father as John Mayne b.1614 in Heatherliegh, Devonshire, England and d.1699 in Boston MA. John Mayne is thought to have had nine children as his grandson, John Atwell & wife "sell one tenth of the right of the heirs of John Main, late of Casco Bay, deceased" and the elder son would have received a double share making the number of heirs as nine. However, there is no evidence linking Ezekiel to this John Mayne other than sharing a commom surname.
Marriage:
Ezekiel named his wife Mary and his children Hannah Maine, Phebe Kingsb
ury, Ezekiel Maine and Jeremiah Maine in his will probated in 1714.
