He was born inAugusta County, Virginia in 1764, & emigrated to WashingtonCounty, North Carolina & thence on to Tennessee.--------------------------------- From a collection of donatedletters by assorted Love relatives, is a letter dated 1809 fromFranklin Deaderick Love to Brigidier General Thomas Love and/orto Haywood C. of North Carolina which seems to indicated thatthe militia could relax their state of readiness. You can findthis assortment of letters in the books, "Love Letters" Vol. 1,by Jolee Love, printed in 1979. Frank Deaderick Love's letterswere donated for the purpose of being published in the "LoveLettters" by his daughter, Frances Love.
