Individual:
It is believed that James Welch was a farmer around Sadsbury Township of Chester County, Pennsylvania. He died in 1754. It is reported by some researchers that he was buried in Olde Covenant Cemetery, Lancaster, PA but I have not seen this document.

The name Sadsbury, a township in Chester County, was first called Sudsbury. It was founded in 1707 and is located on the west edge of Chester County boardering Lancaster County. It is not certain that there was a Sadsbury or Sudsbury in Lancaster County, PA.
