exercise of mind, considering my Selfe mor tal, i wold first of all commte
my soul to God who gave it & my Body, to a De acant Bural, Having Sum

Detes are paid, and funral charges.
I give unto my well Be Loved wife Hannah all the movebel Estate that She
Brought Hear, I also g ive unto her the improvement of one third of my
Real Estate also the yeauce o f a Cow and a Horse to RIde, all of them as
Long as she Remains my widow. I give unto my son Simean a Boute one acre
& a halfe of Land By Estermation, wh eare his House now is, to him and his
Eairs for ever. I also give unto the E airs of my Dafter Elizabeth Ded

Personally appeared in person Ebenezer Heath and Gideon Birchard two of
the witness to the within will and made solom oath that they said the
Testator Mr. Isaac Heath Deacst sign the within will and Testement and
that they Judged him to be of a sound Disposing mind and memory and at
the same time by his desire and in his presense and i n the presense of
Eath other and in the Presense of Louis Eaton the other wit ness they set
their hand as witnesses sworn before me.

We the subscribed being appointed by the Honorable Court of Probat e for
the settlement of, and of the Distribution on the Estate of Mr. Isaac
Heath late of Tolland, Deseast, Have proceeded in the Business of our
appoin tment and in the manner following - We let to the widow of said
Deceast one l ot of land of the Estate containing fifteen acres at the
east end of a forthy acre lot of said Deseast. The North and South end
to be of an equal width a nd also the west end of the house of the Deseast
containing one room and cham ber above and a Privitory in the cellar and
well and one third part of the Ba rn at the east end and a privilege to
pas and repas to her said lot through t he other parts of said of said
Deceast lot the most convenient way doing the least dammage. Secondly we
let Simeon Heath one of the Heirs to said estate about one acre and half
of land where the house now stands as bounded by his late honble father.
Thirdly, we let to said Isaac Heath one of said heirs th e remainder of
said estate, as given to him by will of his late hon. ard fath er.
