Shops at Sandersville to make saddles. He remained in shops until Sherman's Army came through and burned the shop 11/64. Was in Sandersville at the time of the surrender. Witness B.S. Boatright confirmed Fulghum's statement. W.H. Fulghum died 10/28/20 Riddleville, Washington Co. GA. Widow, Nettie, applied for pension due deceased soldier in Washington Co. 12/4/20. W.H. Fulghum married Miss. Florida Annette Davis in Washington Co. 3/20/11. She was born 7/13/74 in GA. She applied Washington Co. 7/24/37.
