Several sources name the spouse of Hezekiah Treadwell as Mehitable Minor.

(Minor family was in the area so a previous marriage is not out of the
question)

Cutter, A.M., pub. by Lewis Historical Publishing Company 1914.

Donald Lines Jacobus book History and Genealogy of the Families of Old
Fairfield, list Mehitable Fairchild as his wife..so his listing has been used
