Benjamin HornerâÇôs will was dated 4 Aug 1766, inventory 3 Jan 1767, mentioning son Daniel, whose land adjoined Ezekiel SudburyâÇôs. [The editor assumes this statement was made in the will; care must be taken when copying data to make sure extra comments are not presented as though part of the original document.] Also son Benjamin, wife, not named, daughters Elizabeth Cox, Judith Ferguson, Sarah. Witnessed by Hanah Sudberry, B. Watkins, Thomas Farmer. Note that no Abijah is named in the will.
Ezekiel SudburyâÇôs will was presented by Ann Sudbury, Exx., on 7 Oct 1757. This must have been Ezekiel Sr, since the other Ezekiel was living in 1789.
In Henrico Co, the parent county of Chesterfield, there is a reference to Ezekiel Sudbury named executor for Patience Turner, will dated 1730, recorded May 1733. Benjamin Horner was a witness.
And in May 1721, Henrico Co VA, the will of Bartholomew Stovell was proved by Ezekiel Sudbury, Ashford Hughes and Stephen Hughes.

In 1880 the Ashers were living in Chesterfield Co. next door to Fleming and Martha Morgan, Mary' sister (Manchester, p. 123b). The Morgans were in Amelia Co. in 1870, and Lucy Alvis was with them then. She was apparently dead by 1880.
