The question of whether Edward Dorsey's wife Deborah was in fact Deborah Maccubbin, d/o Zachariah, does not seem to me to have been settled. The evidence in Dorsey-Nimmo is lacking. A nephew of this Edward married a different Deborah Maccubbin; has this caused confusion among the couples?
