Individual:

Henry was the son of Henry Acton and Hannah CORBET of Longnor Shropshire. Hannah has royal ancestry. Henry is possibly connected with the Actons of Aldenham Park, Salop, who also have royal ancestry. If Ann Gambrah is the d/o John Marriott, her mother was also an Acton.
BIRTH: bp Oct 11 1677, Longnor, Shropshire. MARRIAGES: #1 Ann ( ) Gambrah, 1703, the mother of all his children, #2 Ann (Penn) Chandler, 1737, #3 Johanna (Edgar) Milstead. DEATH: will dated Dec 5 1742, but must still have been alive when son-in-law James Dunning died in 1746. MD Archives, Vol 27, pp 533-534.
Justice of the Peace, Pr Geo s Co MD, Apr 9 1706. Ann Gambrah was possibly the daughter of John Marriott, who mentioned an Anne Gambrell in his will, but after the date Ann had married Henry Acton.
