Dell is buried at Sunset Memorial Park in Eureka, California
I can remember Dell lovingly when I was a child. She was very Dark skinned and looked Indian to me. She was a very loving person and her death, to a young child of 10 years old, like myself, was an awful shock.
We were never allowed to know that Harley and Dell were actually our Grandparents. We were always told that they were our Aunt and Uncle. Dell was 14 years older than Harley, and never wanted him to find out, so we were never told until both were dead. Such a great waste. Although we loved them as Aunt and Uncle, it would have been so much better to know them as Granny and Grandpa.
