Died of Cerebral Hemorrhage & Chronic Arterio-Sclerosis at his home, Route 1, Pauline.

Funeral services for Baron C. Adair, 78, of Pauline Route 1, will be conducted at 3 this afternoon at Friendship Church by the Rev. Cullen Crook and the Rev. C. B. Prince. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
A retired farmer, Mr. Adair died early yesterday morning at his home. He was born in Spartanburg County, the son of the late George W. and Kathleen Edwards Adair, and was a member of Friendship Church..
Surviving are 3 sons; E. T. and W. L. Adair both of Spartanburg, and J. B. Adair of Pauline, Route 1; 2 daughters, Mrs Myrtle Adair O'Shields of Pauline Route 1, and Mrs Pearl Adair Harris of Spartanburg; 2 brothers, R. E. Adair of Spartanburg and W. B. Adair of Miami FL; 24 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Active pallbearers at the funeral will be Wayman, Elvis and Lewis Adair, Herbert, Earl and Lloyd O'Shields.
Members of the Bible Class will serve as honorary pallbearers. The body will be at the home until 2 P.M., when it will be taken to the church.

Died of cerebral hemorage.
