Notes 
Individual:
Peter came to America with his father bound for Utah, the New Zion. He was tr ansported by the John E. Forsgren Company into Utah, Sept 30, 1853. He was 15 years old. Source: Utah Index of Scandinavian Pioneers, Journal of History , pages 3-7. Peter and his father emigrated on the ship " Forest Monarch" leav ing Denmark in 1853, to Liverpool, England and on to New Orleans. From there , they traveled by ox-drawn wagon to Salt Lake City, Utah. See notes on Peder 's father for complete story. Source: Betty & Jim Marker.
