I'm wondering if anyone can help me? My great grandparent came from Oulu Finland. My Great grandma's name was Lydia Piipo and My Great Grandpa's name was Charles....but he did not come from Oulu....not sure which town he was from.
His Naturalization papers said Nicholai 2 Empiror of Russia......what does this mean can you help me?
