Bill, I am most interested in your's and Barbara's research into the Lescohier family, as I am a descendant of the Lescohier family you listed from Grosse Pointe, Wayne County, Michigan. I found Hendrick Van Someren and Barbara (Lescohier) in the 1850 census for Detroit. You said that Cecelia Lescowier was a witness for the marriage, could you tell me if there was another witness, as it might help tie the families together. If you are interested in communicating about the Lescohier family, please let me know.
