My Grandfather Stefan Beier was born on 25 March 1914 in Troppau. At that time Troppau was part of Austria- Silesia. In 1919 it became Opava, Czech. According to German military records he was declared missing in action in 1942. They list his death on 7 April 1942 in Goruschka. There is a town by this name in Russia.

I am searching for information on his parents and whether he had any siblings.
