I have a sister that was born in Rock Springs, WY on February 14 1980. I do not know her name. All I know is that my father, who has passed away, fathered a child born on that day. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. My fathers name was James T. Best and was working up there at the time she was conceived. My Father lived in SLC, Utah.
