Does anyone know anything about the "speculation" that the Livleys out of Monroe county,WV were horsethieves and/or murderers? Some of these Livelys moved to Fayette Co., WV and later,on to California.

These kind of stories don't get passed down like the nice, positive ones. There's always the rumor though.
