Does anyone know what's happened to GenCircles? When I do a search for someone, it might come up with 20 matches but only shows one or two or maybe none at all. It says there are matches, but does not show them. Its very frustrating to pay the dues and not have the system work correctly. When I am in my database it will not show Smart Matches for about half of the people even though I know there are matches on the site. I have to go to the site to find matches for people in my database. I cannot find any way to contact GenCircles. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to get a message to them? There used to be that capability, but I can't find it now. Is GenCircles still viable? Are we feeding a dead dog?
