Looking for any info on a Hotel that was located in Shanandale, Jefferson County, West Virginia.
Was told it had a marker with 1891 and was possibly called The Ferry Hotel. It was eventually burned down. My husbands family lived in it for a short time in the 60-70's when it had been converted to a house. I am looking for ANY information and am wishing for a picture or etching.
