PLEASE contact me should you have any information surrounding the life and death of JONAS BYLUND (born Grundsunda Sweden 1864).

It is believed that he emigrated from Sweden abt 1893 with plans to settle in Rice Lake Wisconsin. He was supposed to send for his family after obtaining work in the logging industry, but, he never did. According to family ledgend, his wife ANNA FREDRICA ENGHOLM BYLUND died from a broken heart. How tragic....

His grandaughter who is now 80 yrs old ( and my mother in law) firmly believes that he made it to Wisconsin and is buried in or around Rice Lake, Barron County. Any info regarding the location of his grave site would be appreciated greatly.

( I found Jonas and his family listed in the 1890 Swedish Census. (Svartviks Parish) (Vasternorrland County) and have transcribed that info below.
