I cannot get past this message & I have NO idead what the individuals who run the computer that controls us are stating with this error message

"Our system detected that you have already uploaded one or more GEDCOM's. Are you trying to update an existing file? This form should only be used to add a file. To update your file, click here and select Update next to your file."

I have been unable to locate thes GEDCOM files. I I could find them, I would delete them!!!!!!!!

Will the REAL "web master" of gencircles please delete all existing files so that I can start fresh?
