For users of GenCircles-beware of the FamilyTreeLegends support forum as it has been "hijacked" for pornographic messages. I have e mailed a support person who still works for Gencircles. Yes, there is still at least one person who works there and tries very hard to fix things but is allotted a minimum amount of work hours. I received e mail back from him very quickly. He said his requests to the programmers fall on deaf ears.
