Searching for the Parents of Giles ELROD and possibly the grandparents. Giles was born between 1775-1785 and married Elizabeth Thomas. He died before 1840. He had the following children. (2.) That died at birth or shortly thereafter. (3.) MARY ELROD 1817 Married John Washington Thomas. (4.)JAMES ELROD 1815/1820 (5.) JANE ELROD 1820 married Riley Medlen and William Coolsby (6.) ----2-Giles Washington Elrod B Apr 23 1823 D Jan 28 1908.........................I have a Giles Elrod with same birthdate, but a different death date. I have a death date of: Jan 28, 1903.

I HAVE:
Giles Elrod married to a Senith HOWELL. I have them with at least one son, names George Washington Elrod born abt 1849 and died about 1938?

Elrod b 1810-1820 F; ? Elrod b 1810-1820 F; ? Elrod b 1810-1820 M; ? Elrod b 1810-1820 F; ? Elrod b 1810-1820 F. Family tradition has it that some of these children were Indians named Morgan and adopted by the Elrod's and used the Elrod name. Any information on especially Giles Elrod's parents and on back would be greatly appreciated. About 45 years reasearch has been put in this by Dr. Parker David Elrod and Edna Richards, both deceased and this is as far as they could get. Thanks in Advance. Tyrone
