Searching for the parents and siblings of Thomas Hammond and Mary/Polly Neely, who were married in Jefferson County in 1803. thomas may have had either a sister of cousin named Arminda (AKAPolly) who married Edward George, also in Jefferson County. Edward George signed the marriage bond for Thomas and Mary/Polly.
